The farmers hands almost reach you. You hear tendons strain and snap and the hand loses the ability to wriggle its fingers trying to grip you. You step out of reach. The man's eyes look horrible and wrong. Like he's dead. Waving that useless hand at you. The other hand a claw swiping the air like he is a predator in a cage trying to get a piece of you to eat. You experiment by stepping closer and then spring back. It makes the farmer go crazy, straining at you. You hear the sound of pierced body sliding left and right on the trapping teeth. A dry grinding sound. A rich pulping releasing a stink of death.
