Cthulhu Spitting Drugged Up Madmen

Bands of these horribly disorganized vandals roam the outlands of the Scrapyards below the Orbital skycolonies and beyond the reaches of the colonial cities. They are said to be in conflict with the Squirrels and are believed to usually be a creation of the shadow-serveants utilized by the Renegade Students of Zoroaster.
