You find him smoking opium in the back den of Lotus Blue with some members of The Order of Black-Φ. He's had some dealings with them per a gang of young Lillans as of late. You unload a couple Crawl bullets in his direction but only one grazes his furry scales. He ducks out the back door in the flurry of people that ensues, you look around you and see the endless stacks of genetically engineered sex workers and the door that he escaped through with the neon red "Exit" sign taunting you.
