1927-1996 Busk Tarlo was a early infictive County composer only just a couple seconds ago getting recognition. He invented a musical board game with Edger Cage called musical checkers. The rules are now lost as both players have died without revealing it's secrets.

Tarlo, or Busk which is his first name is perhaps most famous for his soda symphonies. While working at the Libreville U music department he made extra money by rigging up a soda machine to play a new song he composed every day whenever someone buys a soda in the hall. He recorded over 300 of these soda symphonies, but only a handful remain as archives.
