Ugla-Man

Ugla man is a supervillian who was mostly active in the eighties. His origen is odd, for he was once a dead headless and plucked chicken. Through a series of events the chicken ended up in a vat of LSD and other unamed experimental chemicals. The mix brought the chicken to life, and it crawled steaming and dripping form the vat, excaping out a window onto the sreets outside. The chicken writhed in a grimy alley as it's bones disolved and it's body bloated, changing phyically and chemically. The formerly female chicken was now a male super villian, Ugla Man. He created his own country Uglavaria, and there is reigns to this day. The threat of war with america over alleged weapons of mass distruction are constant. If fact, if it wasn't for the compromising pics of the president naked and getting his groove on at Boheimian grove the war would have strarted long ago. Ugla man retains a sexually based on chickens, the female chicken is a sexy beast to him, and eating or killing these animals in his country will get you the Worse than Death penalty.
