The leaders of all the neighboring countries think you're weak! They invade you all at once on a Thursday. That's the day you give all your soldiers the day off to get their armor washed! They're all defenseless and massacred! You're at the mercy of your hated neighbors for the last time. They drag you into the court square and strip you naked and they tie a metal cord around your ankle and hoist you way up high in the air. You try as hard as you can not to scream or give them the satisfaction as you hang there skin stretching from your portly weight and as it starts to rip and tear you do have to start screaming. The wire cuts through your ankle entirely and you drop to the sandy earth. You look down and see your severed foot in the dirt and you pass out.
Cold water splashes in your face. You sputter and shake. They are wrapping the wire around your calf and hoisting you back up in the air.
