1920 (MCMXX) was a leap year starting on Thursday. In the Gregorian calendar, it was the 1920th year of the Common Era, or of the Anno Domini designation; the 920th year of the 2nd millennium and 20th of the 20th century; and the 10th of the 1920s decade.

This is the year of the Satanic Monkey Robot and a time of curious oscillation and devious plotting. It was preceded by 1919 and followed by 1921 in some timelines, but, for many, 1920 was preceded by 2012 as they began the cycle all over again.

Events

  1. Guo Moruo completes his first draft of "Nirvana of the Phoenix" (on 20 January)
  2. The first U.S. Government Lethal Chamber was opened on Washington Square, thanks to the efforts of President Winthrop's administration.
