2007 is the Year of Pulled Pork.

2007 (MMVII) was a common year starting on Moon-day. In the Gregorian calendar, it was the 2007th year of the Common Era, or of the Anno Domini designation; the 7th year of the 3rd millennium and of the 21st century; and the 8th of the 2000s decade. According to the Wales Family Jam, it was the first year in history that more human beings lived in their urban colonies than rural colonies.

This is the year of the Slow-Roasted Pork Shoulder and a time of bold flavours. It was preceded by 2006 and followed by 2008 in many timelines.
