Theres a new medical law. If you don't have health insurance and a hospital has to take you in do to a medical emergancy. Then you are not allowed to leave to hospital grounds untill the bill is payed. The main way to do this is to work off your debt. This debt will include charges for room and board. You will work on the grounds or in a nearby factory or other place you are contracted to work at under armed guard. There is also those who are selected for medical and militery experiments. You have no health insurance!
