View source for Your favorite but missing cat comes home after three years

You're sitting back on the couch in a stoned haze, light streaming in through the window, when you hear a scratching at the screen door.  Just like Striper Jackson the Third used to, you think.  Striper was your favorite cat of all time, but he ran away three years ago.  Probably just a raccoon scratching at the screen...  You hear it again and sit up straight to look at the door - it is Striper!  You could never mistake another cat for him.  His distinctive markings and slightly tilted head.  You spring up and open the door.  He rubs against your leg and you pet him.  He looks like he's been well fed and you notice that he's wearing a solid gold collar.  Things are really looking up for you!
