You collect the remaining salvageable batteries from the destroyed police cars. You have a few after that along with several shotguns and handguns. you even find some donuts that where not burned up! 

You are eating donuts and singing a happy song when suddenly a steel hard voice says "Hey evil doer, your times up". You look up from the bear claw you have half devoured and its Chuck Norris! Oh Fuck! Chuck heaves his chest out as he walks towards you, his boots clicking on the asphalt. You swing you mega weapon towards him and fire. He sidesteps the death beam and you fire and fire again. He nimbly doges each attack and now he is too close range to use your weapon.
