Your first real live gig is at this midnight beach party. Its kinda cold but all the locals are in swim suits. Lots of beer. Kegs of it. People are smoking this strange dried sea [[mollusk]]. Its shell makes a natural pipe and its meat has a pineapple like taste and a codeine like effect. You end up smoking several of these that night. You get smashed. The last thing you remember is stumbling into the water to puke. You come to and its late at night. Only a dim cloud shrouded moon for light. You are naked, legs in the ocean's cold water. No sign of anyone about. No sign of any buildings, no sounds of the city.
