The Hand of Providence (also called the Hand of Mercy and, more vulgarly, the Severed Blue Hand) is a mythical relic from the early history of Infictive County, linking to the story of a supposed demonic attack on a posse tracking a series of killings along the disputed Columbia-Oregon border. The current whereabouts of this artifact are unknown.
